A proud native Texan, Erika earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Health and Wellness from Texas A&M - Commerce. Her experience and strong academic foundation has made her a respected figure in the employee benefits field. Known for her uncompromising approach to challenging the status quo, Erika continually seeks out new methods to impact her clients, all while enhancing the overall employee experience.
Her commitment to innovation and excellence remains as strong as her Texan roots, driving her mission to leave a lasting impact on the industry. Erika enjoys spending time with her daughter and labradoodle, Watson!
